Battlefield High

Battlefield has been cruising all season, but hit a bit of a rough patch in the last few games, losing their only 2 games of the year to go 3-2 in their last 5 games. The Bobcats wanted to close out the regular season on a strong note against Osbourn on Friday night and prepare for a playoff run, and that they did. The Bobcats was relentless from the start and cruised to a 19-1 win.

Seniors, Shannon Rogers and Lauren Cardenas each put in 2 goals.  The Young Guns– Freshman, Kate Himes and Sophomore, Carlie Rosenburg had 3 goals a piece and added more stress to coaches trying to game-plan for the next few years. Leading the way as usual was the model of consistency for the Bobcats– Senior, Alexandra Kugler, had 3 goals and 2 assists.

Next up, PLAYOFFS.
